PADI Seal Team (8+ years)

  • Duration: 4 Hours (approx.)

Have you ever wondered what it's like to dive with torches, take digital pictures underwater or float effortlessly like an astronaut?

Beyond learning basic scuba skills, there are speciality AquaMissions, such as wreck diving, navigation, buoyancy, environmental awareness and more.

The PADI Seal Team includes doing some cool stuff in the pool, meeting friends and sharing in the adventure of the underwater world.

Here's your chance to do some cool stuff in the pool, meet friends and share in the adventure of the underwater world.
Kids love learning more about scuba diving with the PADI Seal Team Aquamissions

The Fun Part

The best part of the Specialty AquaMissions is they reinforce safe diving skills while the kids are having fun. PADI Seals get to sample a wide variety of dives.

In addition, it provides parents with a structured program that lets their children develop skills, learn about the aquatic environment and have a lot of good, clean fun. This is also an excellent way to introduce kids to scuba diving prior to full Open Water Diver certification.

What You Learn
The PADI Seal Team program is broken up in to Missions.

Aqua Missions available are 1-5.

These teach the kids the basics of diving - things like buoyancy control, mask clearing, regulator recovery, etc.

Each session runs for 4 hours and pending student confidence may include 1-2 Missions.

After building a solid foundation of scuba skills through a few sessions and covering off on Missions 1-5, they can then move on to the Specialty Missions.

Your session with Perth Scuba will include:

  • PADI Seal Team Leader (qualified and experienced PADI Instructor)
  • All dive equipment hire
  • Pool entry for child participants and 1 parent/guardian per group
  • An Aqua Mission (1-5-pending where they are up to)
  • Perth Scuba Seal Team Log Book (Issued on Mission 1)
  • PADI Seal Team Sticker and Member Certificate (Issued as part of Mission 1)
Speciality Aqua Missions.

Our specialty missions are run over pool sessions which usually last about 4 hours and include 2 dives. (One session may include 1-2 specialties- pending student confidence)

Once your new PADI Seal Team has completed Aqua Missions 1-5 they can book from the following missions for their next Seal Team adventure:

  • AquaMission Creature ID
